Staying Busy
Elder Callor has been busy traveling from Zone Conference to other leadership meetings. He mentioned one leadership meeting in particular that stood out to him. "The AP's gave a training on asking questions. They asked an elder to discover the contents of a bag by asking questions. He started with a random guess approach, then 20 questions and eventually was coached into asking open-ended questions to determine the answer. It was interesting that they had explained this briefly before, but it hadn't sunk in. They did a role-play of discovering an invetigator's concern and applied the principle there, too. Then they called on another companionship to do the same role-play. It was an effective way to teach that's for sure."
